VOUCHER DELIVERY OPTIONS & INFORMATION
FIRST CLASS ROYAL MAIL
Orders confirmed by 1pm, Mondays to Fridays, will be despatched the same day by Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class mail the next day, but this is not guaranteed. Orders confirmed after 1pm will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class the following working day.
ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY
Voucher orders confirmed before 1pm can be sent by Special Delivery which Royal Mail guarantee to deliver by 1pm the next day. Special Delivery is recommended for voucher purchases of £100 or more, the cost of which will be confirmed once your order has been placed. Note that delivery cannot be guaranteed for Saturdays so orders placed by 1pm on Friday will be guaranteed for delivery the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Please note that a signature will be required to confirm receipt of vouchers.
* Please note the above delivery options relate to a confirmed order. That is an order for which we have confirmed availability in the intended recipient’s location and received payment. We will aim to confirm orders shortly after receiving an order request.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
The charges above relate to delivery addresses within the UK. Please contact us directly to arrange shipment overseas.
Gift Voucher Packaging & Delivery
Your gift vouchers will be sent to an address of your choice. Individual vouchers in £25 denominations are attached to a card where you may write your own message or we can write a message for you. If sending to someone on your behalf. vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail first class post, or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
