Your personal information will be held on our secure database.  Any payment transactions are processed through Worldpay and we do not retain any credit or debit details.

WHAT INFORMATION do WE ASK FOR?

We will ask for personal information to enable us to fulfil bookings or to supply information on the services we provide.  Depending on the nature of your enquiry (pamper party, corporate or promotional event) will include:-

  • Name / Company name
  • Address / Postcode
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

For pamper parties, we will ask for the nature of the event.  If anyone under the age of 16 would like to attend a pamper party, we would ask the age of the guest to ensure our therapists’ insurance cover their treatment.  We are committed to the protection of children, if they are to be present at a pamper party and under the age of 16, we ask that a parent/guardian’s permission is sought before providing us with any personal information.  Guest information is requested (name/email address) for the purposes of party schedules.

  • Via our cookies if you have accepted on the website or analytic tools

WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION / WHO IS YOUR INFORMATION SHARED WITH

We do not pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside The Pamper Company Limited.  We work with a limited number of affiliate companies, your information will be passed over so that they may contact you directly, only after you have given your permission for this to happen.

Your information is shared with freelance therapists booked for your event.

WHY WE ASK FOR THIS INFORMATION

  • To fulfil your booking requirements, from initial enquiry, through to completion of the booking, for invoicing purposes and post event feedback
  • To provide therapists with your details (name, address, medical information where relevant) in order for them to prepare for and arrive promptly for your booking
  • To make improvements to our website and services using analytic tools
  • To detect and prevent fraud
  • To ensure obligations are met, both legal and contractual

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?

MEDICAL CONSENT FORMS

Therapists work for us on a freelance basis, as such they are responsible for obtaining signatures on medical consent forms prior to treatments.  Therapists will collect and securely store consent forms after bookings.  The length of time this data is retained will be in line with their individual insurance policies.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to other websites.  This privacy policy applies strictly to The Pamper Company Limited, we are not responsible for the privacy policies of alternate websites.  We advise that you read the privacy policy of any website you visit.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

The Pamper Company Limited does not currently engage in utilising personal information for the purposes of marketing.  If this were to be pursued, the client would be provided with an opportunity to opt-in to marketing campaigns in the first instance.
