Our Bookings Process
- Once we have received your booking request form and confirmed availability, a £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, this can be paid by credit/debit card taken over the phone or bank transfer. Your remaining Pamper Party balance is to be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event.
- On receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include a password to our customer login area. You can use this to invite your guests and they can log in to select their treatments.
- You will be appointed a representative who will oversee the organisation of your party, book your therapists and produce a party schedule.
- The balance (total party cost minus deposit) is due 14 days before your party.
- In the week or so prior to your party, we will send a Party Schedule and consent forms to you in the post. The Party Schedule will also be available in your customer login for you and your guests to view or print.
- After your party you have the opportunity to provide feedback.
If your party is Monday-Thursday, you have the option of our Mid-Week Party Packages.
